The death toll in Kishtwar accident has risen to 13. 5-yr-old old who was critically injured and referred to Jammu died on the way.
A passenger taxi, carrying Machail Yatra pilgrims to Gulabgarh, fell into a deep gorge in the Dool area. 12 died on the spot. Nine deceased were from Doda while two were fom Kishtwar.
