Kishtwar Police has booked three hardcore OGWs under the Public Safety Act, 1978 (PSA). SSP Kishtwar said Zahoor-UI-Hassan Kamal, also known as Nikka Kamal, Touseef-Ul-Nabi, son of Ghulam Nabi Gunna and Raiz Ahmed, son of Mohd Ramzan, from Sounder Dachhan, were sent to different jails after being detained.
