Kishtwar police rescued two residents of Punjab who got stranded at Sinthan Top due to heavy snowfall. They were  identified Piyush Vij S/o: Rakesh kumar Vij, resident of Ludhiana  and Mohd. Sharief resident of Melar kotla, Punjab.
