Police Haveldar was killed by collegue at District Police Line kathua during late night . As per report a Selection Grade Constable Iq bal singh opened fire with his service Rifle in mysterious circumstances which hit his colleagues Haveldar Mohd Younus. He was immediately shifted to GMC Kathua but doctor declared his brought dead . The senior police officer also rushed to Spot and enquire about the incident. No one from police deptt issued any statement in this matter so far.
