Heavy rainfall has hit normal life in Kathua. GMC kathua approach road was washed away . Locals protesting against it said despite repeated pleas to the PWD to do neccessary repair work nothing was done. Flood water at Lakhanpur also entered juggies at the banks of the Ravi River.
