Kathua Encounter: DIG, SSP Had Narrow Escape, Security Vehicles Hit By Terrorists Bullets

In Kathua Encounter, terrorist fired upon vehicle of DIG JKS and SSP Kathua,  both of them had a narrow escape. Over dozen rounds fired at both officials by terrorist.
