Tourism and Culture Department organized Aryan Festival-2024 at Lchangra Gakone village of Aryan valley . Executive Councillor, LAHDC Kargil, Er Punchok Tashi attended the event as the chief guest while nominated Councillor Regzin Gurmath was guest of honour.
