Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Government Manoj Sinha said the a clause has been incorporated in the MoU signed with the Power ministry where by hydro projects being constructed and commissioned by the NHPC will be given back to J&K after 40-yr. LG said government is working to provide prepaid meters which will be available in next two-year.
