MoS in PMO Dr Jitendra Singh on the occasion of 7oth International Human Rights day celebration said that selective condemnation of Human Rights violation is a cause of concern. He said that when a soldier is martyred or his human rights are violated selective approach is adopted to raise voice against the rights of men in uniform .
