A 20-year-old youth died and another person is said to be missing after a JCB machine rolled down from a road and fell in a water body in Reasi district on Tuesday,. The accident happened at Badora area of the district, leading to on the spot death of Harbachan Sharma (20), operator, son of Surinder Kumar of Manikah Kangari Sundebani in Rajouri district.
