Prof. Raj Kumar is an eminent Hindi litterateur hailing from Hamirpur, Himachal Pradesh and having settled here in Jammu for the last five decades now. He retired HOD Hindi Dept. University of Jammu. He has many books to his credit and has been honoured by different Government and Non-Government organizations for colossal contributions in Hindi literature.
