Haiti devastated by Hurricane Matthew as death toll rises 300 people killed

Two days after Hurricane Matthew ravaged Haiti’s remote southwestern peninsula, officials dramatically raised the death toll to more than 100 as they finally began to reach corners of the country that had been cut off by the devastating storm.
