Police has registered a criminal case against Chairman Panthers Party and ex-Minister Harsh Dev Singh On a written complaint of Deputy Commissioner Udhampur for alleged forced entry into his office, misbehaving with the officers present there and obstructing official work.
A video clip which has gone viral clearly shows Harshdev having heated argument with SSP Udhampur .
Harshdev has though claimed he too tried to lodge a complaint seeking registration of FIR against SSP Udhampur Rayees Ahmad Bhat for criminal intimidation, threats, abusive language and assault but the police didn’t register it
, He alleged it was pre-planned conspiracy to bully and browbeat the Panthers party leader who had filed many complaints against the said police officer
DC Ravinder Kumar,said about 80 activists of Panthers Party led by Harsh Dev Singh, Balwant Mankotia and others, forced their entry into his office and despite repeated requests to move out and behave properly started abusing the SSP without any provocation
A case has been registered against Harsh Dev Singh and others at Police Station Udhampur
DC said he will ban entry of these Panthers Party leaders in the office of Deputy Commissioner,
Harsh Dev Singh has accused the SSP of misusing official machinery against parnthers and has appealed Governor for initiating an inquiry
