All Party Meeting called by National Conference (NC) president Farooq Abdullah to formulate a common position on the issue of inclusion of “non-local” voters is underway at Srinagar . The meeting is being attended by Peoples Democratic Party president Mehbooba Mufti, Congress president Waqar Raool, CPI (M) MY Tarigami, Awami National Conferences Muaffar Shah and Shiv Sena J&K president Manish Sahni. The Peoples Conference headed by Sajad Lone and Apni Party Altaf Bukahri stayed away from the meeting
