Ex MLA Mohd Aslam Khan of rajouri evicted from govt quarter by DC Rajouri. He was unauthorised occupying quarter for 14 years at in Rajouri town in connivance of Irrigation dept. Pertinent to mention that dist administration rajouri has launched a crackdown on illegal occupants of govt buildings and in 6 weeks after joining of shavan, has so far vacated about 18 buildings of panchayat ghars, schools, hospitals, anganwari centres, ZEO office etc from illegal occupants. These buildings were occupied for 15 – 20 years and the influential persons were not allowing vacation. The public of area has highly appreciated the steps of DC. The ACR rajouri and tehsildar along with Sho got the quarter vacated as per instructions.
