Police on Wednesday claimed to have arrested Ex- militant who was absconding since 12 years in Kishtwar district of Jammu division. The arrested absconder (ex-militant) was identified as Nazir Ahmed son of Noor Mohd Gorsi resident of Budhar Bonjwah Kishtwar.
