Baramulla MP Sheikh Abdul Rashid on Monday surrendered before authorities in Tihar Jail here after the end of his interim bail, prison officials said. He reached Delhi from Srinagar . MLA Langate Sheikh Khursheed, who is also brother Engg Rashid, said engineer Rashid has reported to Tihar jail authorities and his bail application for regular has been listed for 19th November.
