Sh. Madan Gopal Padha is an eminent Dogri writer who has the credit of translating William Shakespeare’s two well acclaimed Theare Plays ‘Julius Caesar’ and ‘ Othello’ into Dogri Language. He has also written several essays that have been published in newspapers and magazines.
