DEPWD To Organise “Divya Kala” Mela At Jammu

Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities will organize 10-Day Divya Kala Mela At Gulshan Ground Jammu from 14^th Feb To 24^th Feb. About 100 Divyang artists from 20 states will participate in it. Shri Naveen Shah, CMD, National Handicapped Finance and Development Corporation said it will show case talent of divyang artists.
