Addressing his first rally in Srinagar since the abrogation of Article 370, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said Congress and its allies misled J&K people on Art 370. He said Art 370 was used for the benefits of few people. Modi said people are now feeling new energy as they have been freed from the restrictions of Art 370
