Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti asks the Divisional Administration to arrange free food-grains for such poorest of the poor families who were getting rations under Antyodaya Anna Yojana (AAY) and whose bread-winners are not able to earn anything because of the prevailing law and order situation in Kashmir.
