Prime Minister Narendra Modi conferred the coveted Prime Minister’s Award for Excellence in Public Administration which was received by the Chief Secretary Dr Arun Kumar Mehta, who was accompanied by CEO Mission Youth Dr Shahid Iqbal Choudhary at a function held in New Delhi on the occasion of Civil Service Day.
