Foot Bridge Collapsed in JKs Udhampur, 62 Injured
Udhampur:- 62 Injured In a Tragic incident as an foot bridge in Mela site here at Bani Sang in Chenani Block of District Udhampur collapsed here today.
As per the Report one day Baisakhi mela organized by the Mela Committe Bani Sangam at Bani sangam in Chenani on the bank of holy Devika river during mela around 100 above Peoples standing on Bridge suddenly said foot over bridge collapsed and all persons fell down in Devika River. Locals as well as Police and administration started the rescue operation and shifted all injured Persons to CHC Chenani.
Deputy Commissioner Udhampur Krittika Jyotsna , IAS said that total 62 Persons were Injured out of which 25 shifted to District Hospital Udhampur
