Union Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) has called for ensuring investigation of cases registered under Unlawful Activities Prevention Act (UAPA) by senior and experienced police officers to take cases to logical conclusion in such a manner that the accused don’t manage to get relief from the court to engage again in the anti-national activities.
