Chief Secretary, B R Sharma, today held a Video Conference with the officers of the Divisional administration Kashmir and Education Department to take stock of the arrangements made for the smooth conduct of 10th and 12th Class Examinations scheduled to begin from 14 November 2016 in the Kashmir Valley.
