J&K Ex Deputy CM Tara Chand said he along with his other colleagues were betrayed by Ghulam Nabi Azad. He said though he regrets betraying Congress by leaving the party. Azad had expelled Tara Chand, Manohar Lal Sharma and Balwan Singh from the DAP.
