Jammu: Hindus of Rasana village, district Kathua, from where Asifa belonged, had migrated to Kootah, about 3-Km from their village for ‘safety’.
The migration of Hindus started after a class 11th was picked up for questioning in the rape and murder case o Asifa. The family members allege he is being torture and missed his paper too.
The locals blame the chief minister Mehbooba Mufti for politicisiing the issue.
The police has already arrested two Special Police Officers( SPOs) in this connection.
