Shama Bano, the resident of Vailoo, district Anantnag, was suffering from heavy menstrual bleeding and was to be shifted immediately but the road was blocked due to snowfall, and was difficult to shift her to the nearest health center. Her husband called the officials who removed the snow and Bano reached the hospital within 30 minutes.
