Advisor to Governor K Vijay Kumar visited Poonch on a day long visit. He visited reached the site of the accident where 13 people had died in Loran area of Mandi sub-division.
Advisor also interacted with residents of Parlkote village, where 80% population is deaf and dumb. Accompanied by principal secretary health and medical education Atul Dullo and principal Government Medical College Jammu, he assured them that govt will try to ascertain the root cause of problem and provide all necessary medical assistance.
