Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM) Mendhar, Imran Kataria, has assured that the administration is fully alert and working to control the forest fire raging in the area. Kataria attributed the fire to dry weather conditions and appealed to the public to exercise caution and prevent the fire from spreading to residential areas. He urged people to immediately contact the administration if they notice the fire approaching their areas.
