The 60-bedded hospital at Housing Colony Chanapora is waiting for up-gradation from a Primary Health Center to a Sub-District hospital. For the last six years, local residents have been approaching authorities. The locals say, residents of Chadoora, Chanapora, Sanat Nagar, Natipora, Ram Bagh, and other areas have to visit either SMHS, Rainwari, JVC or SKIMS for an emergency and regular check-up as this health center is still not being upgraded.
