Ehsan Asgar, 23, from Poonch district was on the top of the world when he recently received an email from Himanshu Sharma, Talent Head, Indian Idol 7, that he had been selected for the singing show. A resident of border Palera village in Mandi tehsil, Ehsan had auditioned for the show on September 17 at MIER College in Jammu. “I am thankful to the Indian Idol audition team for selecting me as a contestant,” said Ehsan.
