Thousands of Kashmiri youth including girls and M Tech graduates have applied for the Special Police Officers (SPOs) recruitment, the first major after abrogation of Art 370. The SPOs recruitment is being held for J&K Railway police force. In Central Kashmir 20,000 applicants have been received.
