Jammu & Kashmir Youth Development forum has accused National Conference and Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) of contesting Panchayat polls through proxy candidates. Forum said if these two parties are so sincere on defending Art 35A, then why their MPs and MLAs don’t resign till the outcome of the case.
