Education especially of students of govt school and more so if they are from under privileged section of society is least priority of the government apparatus. In periphery of Jammu city, just two rooms are housing students of three classes at Govt primary school Belicharana.
The school doesn’t even have boundary wall leave alone the play ground. The school authorities say proposal for constructing two additional rooms and boundary has been cleared .
But no one is sure when will construction starts if it ever does.
