District and Session Judge Pathankote, where Kathua case has been transferred, had sought explanation from the SSP Crime Branch Jammu and Kashmir Police for failing to produce 17 witnesses in today’s hearing.
Advocate AK Sawhney told media that Court has taken strong view of it and is in contravention to SC’s order for day-to-day hearing.
