A complete bandh was observed in the Darhal over demand for Government Degree College. Protestors said previous government had accorded sanctions to all tehsil level but rest of six tehsils in Rajouri district were accorded colleges but Darhal was left out. Protestors said they will intensify agitation if their demand for college is not accepted.
