Jammu Kashmir Police has solved a blind murder case within 6 hours in village Garkhal in Akhnoor area of Jammu District. Accused namely Balvinder Singh has been arrested and he has confessed to have committed murder of Pappu Paswan. Paswan was attacked and killed with a sharp-edged weapon, believed to be a spade. The Akhnoor police, led by SHO Tariq Ahmed, took custody of the body and began an investigation.
