Deputy Chief Minister Surinder Chowdhary said there is no confusion over distribution of power in present set up. He said some officials have been suspended for dereliction of duty and it shows the elected govt has power. Dy CM said government officials should implement decisions of cabinet on the ground and should work with honesty.
