Kishtwar has come to a standstill today as the town observes a bandh to pay tribute to the martyred members of the Village Defense Guard (VDG). Two Village Defence Guards (VDGs) were kidnapped and martyred by the terrorists mercilessly in upper reaches of Munjla Dhar in Kuntwara area of Kishtwar district yesterday.
