Nasir Aslam Wani, Advisior To Chief minister, the system in Jammu and Kashmir cannot operate under dual control, where the Chief Minister focuses on one area while the LG handles security and government must restore Statehood. Wani said Prime minister Narendra Modi and other ministers of union cabinet have assured Omar Abdullah of full cooperation. He said CM Omar Abdullah had already issued an order for restoration of Durbar move.
