Voters in the Thangdumbur constituency headed to polling stations today as the by-election for the Ladakh Autonomous Hill Development Council (LAHDC) Kargil is underway. The by-election is being held following the vacancy in the council seat, and voters showed up in large numbers to participate in the electoral process.
