Under tight security arrangements, 75 polling parties are set to move towards their designated stations in Ganderbal and Kangan constituencies for the second phase of polling. Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Ganderbal, Wasim Qadri, assured that foolproof security arrangements have been made to ensure a trouble-free voting experience.
