DIG South Kashmir while giving details of the twin encounters which took place in Kulgam said that the terrorists had constructed a bunker inside a cupboard in a civilian’s residence. The bunker was small in size but well-fortified and had an entry point from a fake almirah. We are investigating the involvement of locals in providing shelter to the terrorists.
