Police arrested accused namely Mohd Maqbool Mir, S/O Ali Mohd Mir, resident of Chak Audoora, who murdered his wife yesterday in Handwara. The weapon of offense has also been seized. Police said that investigation of this case is in progress and it would be conducted in a thorough, professional manner.
