Kishtwar district police got 23 Kishtwar based terrorists operating from Pakistan/PoK as proclaimed offenders through official declaration from the UAPA Special Court, Doda. It is pertinent to mention here that 13 terrorists were already declared proclaimed offender by the UAPA Special Court, Doda thereby making a total of 36 proclaimed offenders.
