Major General (retired) Vikram Dogra who was the first Indian Army officer to complete the Ironman Triathlon event in 2018, considered one of the most difficult one-day sporting events in the world, said failure is a reality and one has to accept it but the one must evaluate the reasons for the failure and then prepare again which he said can lead to success.
