A tipper carrying Road construction material hit the Manzoor Ahamd Dar near Gusoo Pulwama who was shifted to hospital where he is battling for his life. Tipper driver escaped from the spot and later handed himself to the police. People claimed everyday despite ban Tippers and dumpers carry uncovered bajri, boulder, sand etc and ply on the roads with high speed People hesitate to walk on roads as they fear of accidents from these speedy vehicles.
