Kargil: Tributes Paid To Martyred Const Mohd Raza

A wreath lying ceremony was held to pay tributes to martyred constable Mohd Raza of  UTDRF Unit Kargil. He died while  conducting a rescue operation at Drass River near Kaksar bridge where a private vehicle had slipped in.  He received a severe head and back injury during rescue operation.
