Three school boys got drown ed in Bhinni river in Billawer tehsil of Kathua district. Police said they had gone for bath in river but were washed away. Their bodies were later fished. They are identified as Pankaj Sharma sin of Romesh Chander, Pankaj Kumar son of Roshan Lal and Sheetal Kumar son of Ajit singh all residents of Billawar.
